Mitch Coffman was born and raised in the Como Park area of St. Paul,
Minnesota. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Land Use Planning with minors in GIS/Cartography and Conservation from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. In November of 2006, he accepted the Planning Analyst position with the Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. In January 2008, he was promoted to Associate Planner.
