Brenton Holper, Associate Transportation Planner, most recently worked in Staples, MN for the Region Five Development Commission (R5DC) as the Regional Planner.  While at R5DC, Brenton was responsible for the Community Development Department and assisted with various transportation projects.  Prior to his work at R5DC, Brenton worked for the Spatial Analysis Research Center (SARC) at St. Cloud State University. Brenton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from St. Cloud State University, with an emphasis in GIS and a minor in Community Development.
