The WAMPO Transportation Policy Body (TPB) is comprised of local elected officials, regional, and state representatives for the purpose of developing and implementing WAMPO transportation plans, such as the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).  The TPB makes the final approval of these documents and amendments to them.  The TPB serves as the regional forum for transportation planning and establishes the vision for the future transportation system of the WAMPO region.
